Mission
For God's glory and by His grace, to build leadership that has the heart of Jesus, through the life of Jesus in us, by the power of the Holy Spirit which is in us to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we can ask or imagine.
Goals
- Build a Christ centered and Christ Powered Leadership that is totally Kingdom focused, recognizing that this truly is the work of the Holy Spirit and that we are only His instruments in this regard.
- Build into the current generation of leaders by:
- Investing in key leaders;
- Giving them time and opportunities to grow;
- Moving from results driven to Spirit driven;
- Nurturing in them the desire to invest in the next generation of leadership.
- Build the second level of leadership from the younger men and women, who will become the first level of leadership in the next generation.
